First of all, as a Designer and Developer instead of “reading” what I wrote here on this wordpress.blog, you should be visiting my site. Anyway, this year has been great so far, I’ve been doing so many cool jobs that I haven’t had time to even play my Wii or Guitar Hero. Basically it means I did not find out time to finish up my new portfolio site. And you know what? I think this isn’t that bad at all, lots of works requests must mean something good.

I’ve been working with Art Direction since 1997. Around 2002 and 2003 I became fascinated with Flash and its ActionScript possibilities. Turning a Photoshop layout on a cutting edge site is something I really appreciate doing.

As time goes by I’ve gone deeper in Flash Design and Development. Nowadays I’m an experienced ActionScript Developer, I can write AS 2.0 and AS 3.0 classes, XML Integration and Flash Media Server apps. In the past year I learned PHP and MySQL just to be able to really build a site from scratch to user end management. Recently I’ve started to look into the new ‘buzz’ around Flash community: Papervision 3D and WiiFlash. I hope I´ll post some experiments here still this year, I hope so

Moreover, my self-directed learning has always led me to look for new technologies not only related to Internet, but also to music and video games, my two other passions. Besides all that, I am also a lot interested in traveling around the world because this kind of experience allow me to get in touch with different people and cultures. Nowadays it is part of my routine to develop projects for companies in countries like USA, Britain, Italy, Brazil, Spain, and Argentina.
